Return Policy Domestic Orders

Your satisfaction is our priority.  If for any reason within 30 days it does not work for your child – send it back. In the event of a return, the purchase price will be refunded to you minus a $300 Return Shipping Fee, which includes having our White Glove Delivery Service come to your home, professionally package the bed, and ship it back to our factory. Please note that all products and components must be returned in good condition free of tears, holes, odors, stains or soiling of any kind.

To initiate a return, please email us at customerservice@autismsleeps.com  during the 30-day trial period. You will be issued an RGA number. Before we will schedule pick up of the mattress or foundation we must receive the amplifier, power cord and input cord from you. When we have received this, our White Glove Delivery Service will contact you to schedule an appointment to pick up your Sound to Sleep System™. Upon receipt at our warehouse, your returned mattress or foundation will be inspected. If the components are in good condition, your refund will be processed within approximately 30 days from the date that the Sound to Sleep System™ was picked up from your home and will be issued in the original form of payment. If your Sound to Sleep System™ has any tears, holes, odors, stains or soiling of any kind, you will not receive a refund.
